About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to join our team at EMCOR UK. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal asset utilization and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with facilities management teams to identify and prioritize maintenance activities.
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance performance to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, including facilities management teams and end-users.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of maintenance services.
  • Contribute to the development of maintenance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of maintenance management software and systems.
