Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to join our team at EMCOR UK. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal asset utilization and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with facilities management teams to identify and prioritize maintenance activities.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor and report on maintenance performance to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, including facilities management teams and end-users.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of maintenance services.
- Contribute to the development of maintenance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Proven experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of maintenance management software and systems.
