About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join our team at the Dukes Head. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a section of the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and implement menu ideas to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the head chef to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
