As a key member of our Reception and Guest Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and greet guests upon arrival, assisting with luggage and ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
- Ensure all Porters carry out their duties to departmental standards on a day-to-day basis.
- Store all left luggage in the porters lodge, ensuring it is tagged and secure.
- Assist guests with luggage to and from their bedrooms, explaining the bedroom facilities and Hotel services as required.
- Ensure all guest queries and enquiries are dealt with promptly and efficiently, in a courteous manner.
- Be fully conversant with all facilities and services offered within the Hotel and the surrounding area.
- You are passionate about delivering a fantastic service to our guests.
- You enjoy engaging in conversation, talking about our products and the resort.
- You are a natural when it comes to selling.
- You are outgoing and enthusiastic.
- You have a can-do attitude and are proactive.
- Experience working in a hotel or resort could be helpful, but isn't required.
