We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer to enhance our service capabilities.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of equipment, from compact pallet trucks to internal combustion trucks, very narrow aisle (VNA) trucks, and automated systems. Your responsibilities will include identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues, as well as performing preventative maintenance on KION forklifts and other material handling machinery at client locations.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for individuals with a background in vehicle technology or mechanical engineering, particularly those with experience as a forklift technician, plant fitter, or similar roles. Familiarity with plant equipment, powered access machinery, agricultural tools, motor vehicles, or industrial cleaning devices will be advantageous.

  • To qualify for this position, candidates should possess experience in at least one of the following fields:
  • Mechanical engineering
  • Electrical engineering
  • Hydraulics
  • Proficiency in IT and the ability to utilize modern technology for record-keeping and order placement
  • A valid UK driving license is required
