Job Title: Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Essex and East London area. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our range of material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet trucks, and automated trucks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and rectify faults on our material handling equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance on our equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Work with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • Experience in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid UK driving license
