About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pension Administrator to join our team at Hampshire County Council. As a Pension Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth administration of pensions for our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage pension claims and payments
- Provide excellent customer service to our members and employers
- Work closely with our Member Services and Employer Services teams to resolve queries and issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pension scheme members and employers
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve our services

Requirements:
- 5 GCSEs grade C or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems
