Your Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our service users. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Enriching the lives of individuals and positively impacting their well-being.
  • Supporting service users in achieving their personal goals and aspirations.
  • Working collaboratively with a team while also being confident in working independently.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in a caring environment.
  • A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with service users.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
