Pennine Care NHS FT is dedicated to enhancing services for individuals with intricate emotional and relational challenges, aligning with the Greater Manchester model for personality disorder treatment and the National Community Mental Health Framework.
Key Responsibilities
This role presents a unique opportunity to become part of the Structured Clinical Management Pathway in Tameside and Glossop. You will receive comprehensive SCM training, along with regular group and individual clinical supervision, supported by a knowledgeable and welcoming team. Your responsibilities will include delivering both individual and group interventions to clients facing complex emotional and relational difficulties. You will manage a limited caseload of individuals within the SCM program, characterized by relatively stable yet complex presentations, allowing you to provide structured and evidence-based care.

- Significant post-registration experience in a mental health service
- Proven ability to conduct mental health assessments, risk assessments, and risk management plans independently

- Experience in case management of service users' care
- Experience working with clients experiencing suicidal thoughts and self-harm
- Experience adhering to multi-agency safeguarding protocols

- Familiarity with NICE Guidelines and current best practices in managing individuals with personality disorders
