- Assist customers, clear and reset tables, and wash dishes as needed.
- Manage bar service and cash handling (must be 18 years or older)
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and back-of-house areas, as well as crockery and cutlery.
- Ensure counters and public areas are tidy and organized.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to patrons.
- Complete daily paperwork and maintain accurate records as required.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Communicate any feedback, concerns, or maintenance needs to your supervisor.
- Completion of a DBS check is required.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory, as full training will be provided.
- Transportation is necessary due to the location.
- Flexibility in shift patterns is expected to meet business needs.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain Food Hygiene Level 1 certification through our online training platform.
