Job Summary:

Executive Insight, a leading specialised healthcare consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our London office. Our ideal candidate is a highly organised and proactive individual who can provide administrative support to our consulting team and contribute to the growth of our global organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of administrative processes in our London office, in coordination with our Zurich office.
  • Manage travel and accommodation arrangements for team members, in coordination with our Zurich office.
  • Oversee office management, including post and shipments, office equipment, office supplies, and facility handling.
  • Support our Client Facing Team members with tasks such as central company calendaring, selective time management, and meeting support.
  • Ensure a healthy and productive work environment.
  • Act as a resource and connection point for all employees, regardless of their status.
  • Coordinate and promote team social events, activities, and celebrations.
  • Organise external company functions and events.
  • Provide administrative support to our HR function, including tracking benefits and insurance schemes.
  • Organise induction programmes for new employees.
  • Learn and use expense management systems.
