Job PurposeAs a key member of the Barcud team, you will support the Head of Planned Maintenance and Health & Safety Compliance Manager in ensuring the organization meets its statutory, regulatory, and moral responsibilities for the health and safety of its staff, contractors, residents, and visitors.
The successful candidate will have a recognized qualification in Health and Safety (e.g. NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, MSc. or BSc. in Occupational Health and Safety).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating hazards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of health and safety across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of health and safety principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A recognized qualification in Health and Safety is essential, and experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
