Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, efficient order processing, and vital support for our food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and Welcoming Guests
    • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
    • Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations when taking orders accurately and efficiently
  • Dining Area Maintenance
    • Set up and maintain dining areas, ensuring tables are clean and properly set with utensils, glassware, and tableware
  • Guest Service
    • Monitor and respond to guests' needs throughout their experience, including refilling drinks and clearing empty dishes
  • Food Safety and Hygiene
    • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring the safety and well-being of both guests and colleagues
  • Payment Processing
    • Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic transactions with integrity and precision
  • Team Support
    • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered in a timely manner
    • Support your team members during busy periods and special events

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school education or equivalent; culinary or hospitality certification is a plus
    • Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a similar establishment
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
    • Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
    • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
