Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Technology Strategist to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will lead end-to-end technology strategies, working closely with teams in the UK, EU, Brazil, and other countries in Latin America.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work on-site at our clients' offices, building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and developing new business.
  • Understand and translate complex business problems into technology strategies.
  • Lead the crafting of technical proposals, points of view, and pitching those to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead the end-to-end technology delivery, from hiring engineering teams, bootstrapping projects, and managing in-flight programs, along with other senior managers and digital strategists.
  • Experience in designing and delivering modern digital platforms on complex technical and business scenarios.
  • Willingness to work with different technologies and learn every day.
  • Ability to share knowledge with other team members.
  • Visit and connect with other European clients a few weeks throughout the year to bootstrap projects, establish, and expand relationships with key technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with strategy, customer experience, product, and non-technical program management teams.
  • Ensure that solutions follow modern engineering best practices.
