The Senior Product Strategist will engage directly with clients and adopt a 'rapid iteration' approach to validation and execution, ensuring an optimal customer journey. You will be responsible for steering the product roadmap for the platform and driving its expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, enhance, and optimize product methodologies, processes, and tools to consistently boost operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams during sprint planning and development cycles to effectively implement user stories.
  • Integrate feedback from clients and stakeholders into strategic product direction decisions.
  • Draft product specifications and new feature documentation in close partnership with the development team.
  • Work alongside internal technology teams to guarantee a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing B2B SaaS solutions within the Financial Services, Banking, or Technology sectors, preferably in a start-up or scale-up context.
  • Understanding of financial workflows, such as Treasury Management Systems or Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
  • Ability to establish a product framework from the ground up.
  • Strong design sensibility.
  • Technical proficiency.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
