Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Product Strategist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be adept in product management methodologies and tools, collaborating closely with the Methods product management community, various disciplines within our digital team, and the clients you serve.

Your contributions will be vital in cultivating an environment that encourages knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous enhancement, ensuring every team member's voice is valued.

As a Product Strategist at Methods, you will also embody our brand in client engagements, advocating for our product management philosophy and driving the growth and success of our consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the vision and strategy for your product.
  • Develop a comprehensive product strategy and relevant documentation to effectively communicate plans and secure stakeholder support.
  • Analyze how policy and technology constraints impact product development, navigating these challenges while advocating for necessary changes.
  • Create user-centric digital services, championing user needs throughout the process.
  • Translate user and business requirements into a clear product strategy.
  • Utilize your understanding of user needs and business objectives to frame challenges and prioritize tasks for your delivery team.
  • Guide services through various lifecycle stages, adhering to established standards and principles.
  • Actively engage in the Product Community of Practice.
  • Stay informed about trends and developments in the product management field.

In addition to these responsibilities, you may be required to undertake other duties as necessary.

Additional Information

This position may require you to obtain Security Clearance. As part of the onboarding process, candidates will need to complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard; details regarding the necessary evidence can be found on the relevant government website.
