Job Description

Financial Operations Coordinator

Career Cross Ltd is seeking an experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Actively chase and process financial applications and payments

• Liaise with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely invoice accruals

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports

• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a financial operations role

• Strong knowledge of financial processes and procedures

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
