Global Distribution Sales Director
**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Global Distribution Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth through our global engineering distributor network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a transformational distribution strategy to take our business to the next level.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and lead a global sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our market share
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing, product development, and customer success initiatives
* Identify and pursue new distribution partners, cultivating strategic partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
* Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify areas of growth and develop effective sales strategies
* Set partner sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular reports to senior leadership on sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline management
**Requirements**
* Years of progressive experience in sales, with a focus on leadership and driving revenue growth via global engineering distributor networks
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through partnerships
* Engineering/manufacturing background with an understanding of the international oil and gas market
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
* Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies
