  • RICS Registered Valuer status.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to engage and negotiate effectively with various internal and external parties.
  • The capacity to work autonomously with minimal supervision or as part of a large, multidisciplinary team.

Our Offer Includes:

  • Competitive salary ranging from £38,000 to £56,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Coverage for RICS and RICS Registered Valuers fees.
  • Comprehensive support and funding for CPD requirements.
  • Sickness and pension schemes.
  • Options for private healthcare.
  • Flexible working arrangements.
  • Complimentary parking at the office.

Please note: An enhanced DBS check will be necessary for the successful candidate, with costs covered by the employer.

Commitment to Diversity: We are dedicated to employment practices that foster diversity, promote equality of treatment, and eliminate any form of unlawful or unfair discrimination.
