Job Summary:
Norse Group, a leading property consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled Chartered Estates Surveyor to join our Estate Management and Valuation services team in Exeter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for negotiating and completing property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leases, and valuations.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced General Practice Surveyor with at least 5 years of PQE to support the development and growth of our Estates Surveying department. The ideal candidate will have:
- Professional Chartered membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a Real Estates discipline.
- RICS Registered Valuer status.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate with all levels of internal and external parties.
- Ability to work independently with minimal support or within a large multi-disciplinary team.

- A competitive salary, ranging from £38,000 to £56,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
