We have an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Surveyor to join our Estate Management and Valuation services team in Exeter, working full-time on a permanent basis. We offer a competitive salary and rewards package, including pension and private healthcare options, cycle-to-work scheme, and more.

The Role:

You will be responsible for negotiating and completing property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leases, licenses, easements, and valuations. You will also support the development and growth of our Estates Surveying department, working with new clients in the public and private sectors.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

  • We are looking for an experienced General Practice Surveyor with at least 5 years of experience, supported by professional Chartered membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a Real Estate discipline.
  • RICS Registered Valuer.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate with all levels of internal and external parties.
  • Ability to work independently or within a large multi-disciplinary team.

Our Offer:

  • Salary - £38,000 to £56,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
