**Job Summary**

We are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to take on a key role in our Exeter office. As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives

**Requirements**

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Full membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
  • Proven experience working on projects within the property and building sector
  • Experience managing projects up to £5 million
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
