Job Title: Social & Performance Lead
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Social & Performance Lead to join our team at We Are Refyne. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance-driven campaigns that align with our brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive audience growth, engagement, and conversion.
- Develop and recommend creative strategies and ad copy, reporting on results to inform future campaign decisions.
- Collaborate with our in-house creative team to develop compelling ad content that resonates with our target audience.
- Build relationships with our wider brand and creative teams to support campaign briefs and ensure alignment across channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in social media advertising and digital marketing.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in paid social media advertising and performance marketing, ideally within the beauty or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and advertising tools.
- Proficiency in social media advertising tools, including Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
