Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Billing & Reporting Manager to lead a small team in our Professional Services division. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing all billing processes, managing the sales invoice team, and ensuring timely and accurate invoice production.
The Role
- Manage the sales invoice team to ensure concise, timely, and accurate invoice production.
- Liaise with stakeholders throughout the business to report on sales and revenue, conducting analysis of sales data to produce meaningful information for the Head of Finance.
- Manage client queries to ensure invoices are paid and provide accurate accrual data to allow debt to be collected.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role with strong team management skills, including appraisals, performance management, and training.
- Proven experience with billings and sales invoicing is essential.
- Advanced Excel skills are required.
