Billing Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Billing Coordinator to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions (JAR Solutions). As a Billing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales ledger team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage sales invoices and credits in a timely manner
  • Obtain necessary approvals for credit issuance to clients
  • Minimize 'Invoice On Hold' by reviewing daily
  • Maintain accurate account reconciliations and ensure timely billing
  • Investigate and resolve billing queries
  • Identify areas for process improvements and support testing of new processes and systems
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a sales ledger team or billing department
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including lookups, formulas, and ledger/account reconciliations
What We Offer:
  • Flexible hybrid working arrangement
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (once taken onto a permanent contract)
Working Hours:
  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
