About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care Peterborough. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support clients with medication management and administration
- Engage in activities that promote social interaction and stimulation
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- Experience working with clients with complex needs
- Ability to work 24hr shifts, including sleeping nights
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
