Job Title: Travel Money Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency needs
  • Provide expert advice on Travelex products and services, ensuring customers receive the best possible experience
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing your keen eye for detail
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused
  • Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards, adhering to Travelex compliance procedures
Requirements:
  • Numerically proficient, with a firm grasp of numbers and handling large amounts of cash
  • IT proficient, with a basic understanding of computers and in-house till systems
  • Great communicator, with a natural ability to build relationships and understand customer needs
  • Desire to succeed, with a drive to make a difference and deliver exceptional results
