Band 6 Neuro-Medical Rotational Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recovery Team Leader to join our dynamic and established team at Orpington Hospital, part of King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
Main Duties- Lead a safe, productive, and efficient recovery team in liaison with the theatre team, surgeon, anaesthetist, floor coordinator, and ward staff.
- Support, teach, and develop junior staff and facilitate the delivery of high standards of patient care in the operating theatres.
- Participate and be a role model in the post-operative care of patients who have undergone orthopaedic surgery.
- ODP qualification or RN1 with a proven record within these specialties.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with the MDT, matrons, and floor coordinators.
- Team player, empathetic, and able to remain calm and steady under pressure.
