Job Summary:
New Street Consulting Group (NSCG) is seeking an experienced Interim Group SHE Manager to support the site in driving Health, Safety, and Environmental performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Safe Systems of Work to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct thorough Risk Assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Lead Internal Audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Design and deliver Training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
- Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure SHE performance.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in a senior Health and Safety role, preferably in a large organization with diverse equipment and machinery.
- Passionate about promoting a positive Health and Safety culture and influencing senior-level decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Diploma-level NEBOSH H&S and Environmental qualification or equivalent.
