Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to internal and external customers, vendors, and employees.
  • Install, deploy, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and lifecycle hardware and software throughout the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in workload management, asset management, and administrative applications.
  • Provide tier I and II support in all areas of the organizational service portfolio.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and leadership in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
  • Use routine troubleshooting methodologies to provide efficient and effective resolution and minimize impact to the customer.
  • Work independently with considerable autonomy and self-direct once assigned tasks.
  • Stay up-to-date with technology advancements and customer service best practices.
  • Communicate technical information in non-technical terms to ensure user understanding.

Requirements:
  • Associate degree in a relevant field or 6 years of technical support experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with the deployment, repair, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs, work in varying temperatures, and travel throughout the service delivery area with a reliable mode of transportation.
