Job Summary
Sphere Digital Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Director to lead our Paid Search Account team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing advanced paid search strategies for our clients, driving growth and innovation across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own comprehensive paid search strategies for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop targeted roadmaps to drive results.
- Present complex data analysis and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication of key insights and findings.
- Maintain strong relationships with media owners and technology platform providers, ensuring seamless execution of paid search campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, developments, and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement across our team.
- Lead by example, supporting and encouraging continuous improvement in team performance, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Be accountable for delivering best-in-class work across our client portfolio, consistently identifying areas for improvement and driving results.
- Ensure exceptional attention to detail and adherence to best practices across our team, providing guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
- Drive innovation and creativity across our team, from idea generation to delivery, and ensure that our team is at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience working with large retail clients and managing complex paid search campaigns.
- Expert-level knowledge of paid search tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360.
- Strong understanding of industry best practices and Google guidelines, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive results.
- Experience leading and managing a team of 3 or more, with a proven track record of success and growth.
