About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Engagement Manager to join our team at Foundation Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for launching and managing the marketing operation at a new premium outlet in the Southwest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with brand partners to maximize turnover and drive engagement through multi-channel content.
- Work closely with external partners to create high-end and unique content that showcases the outlet's offerings.
- Support brand partners in their pre-launch preparations, ensuring their business is fully showcased and generating excitement amongst the catchment area.
- Implement and monitor the agreed marketing plan in collaboration with the Centre Manager and the central team.
- Execute marketing activities aimed at maximizing retailers' trading performances, footfall, and brand awareness.
- Develop and implement creative and strategic marketing initiatives to increase footfall and spend through partnerships, affiliations, tourism initiatives, and VIP databases.

- Ability to serve as a brand ambassador, representing the outlet positively and maintaining the Centre brand presence through appropriate logo usage in partnerships.
