About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Engagement Manager to join our team at Cotswolds Designer Outlet, a brand-new, ground-breaking designer outlet set to revolutionize the retail experience in the Southwest.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for showcasing Cotswold Designer Outlet as the premium, multi-faceted shopping destination it is. You will collaborate with brand partners to maximize turnover, manage multi-channel content to drive engagement, and increase footfall and spend through partnerships and affiliations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a phased launch strategy in collaboration with Multi-Realm's Head of Marketing and Communications.
  • Work closely with external partners to create engaging, high-end, and unique content.
  • Support brand partners in their pre-launch, ensuring their business is fully showcased and generating excitement amongst the catchments.
  • Implement the agreed marketing plan and monitor performance in collaboration with the Centre Manager and the Multi-Realm central team.
  • Execute marketing activities aimed at maximizing retailers' trading performances, footfall, and brand awareness.
  • Have creative and strategic input, bringing ideas to the table and constantly asking 'how can we be different?'.
  • Increase footfall and spend through partnerships, affiliations, tourism initiatives, and VIP databases.
Requirements
  • Experience in marketing and engagement, with an appreciation of premium and high-end offerings, in a customer-centric environment.
  • Proficient in communication and relationship-building, and skilled in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media management, analytical with the ability to interpret market research and performance data, and able to support leasing efforts with demographic insights and local potential identification.
  • Capable of serving as a brand ambassador, representing the outlet positively always, especially during VIP visits and stakeholder presentations, and maintaining the Centre brand presence through appropriate logo usage in partnerships.
