About Brandon James

Brandon James is a leading construction consultancy that specializes in project management and quantity surveying services across the UK and Europe. We are seeking a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Gloucester.

The Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, working closely with public and private sector clients. You will have a strong focus on career progression and will benefit from tailored in-house training, support for further professional qualifications, and continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and growth initiatives
  • Support the development of junior team members and provide guidance and mentorship

Requirements

  • Construction-related degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • Previous quantity surveying experience within a UK construction consultancy
  • Experience running projects from inception to completion
  • MRICS is highly desirable or someone in need of support to achieve chartership
  • A valid UK driving license
