Job Opportunity

Quantity Surveyor Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at i2i Recruitment. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for taking on projects at various stages, from inception to completion. The projects will vary in size, typically ranging from £500k to over £5m.

Key Responsibilities

  • Traditional PQS duties, including contract administration and project management
  • Pre and post-contract duties, including negotiations and dispute resolution
  • Knowledge of JCT contracts and experience with private housing and employers' agent experience
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Requirements

  • PQS experience and knowledge of JCT contracts
  • Experience with pre and post-contract duties
  • Hold a full UK driving license
  • Relevant Quantity Surveying degree
