Purpose:

This is an exciting new senior position at HTSL Group where you will have a broad range of responsibilities for our people, business processes, systems, and operations. Reporting directly to the MD and working collaboratively with other team members, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the group's future success and continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute operational strategies to optimise efficiency and support the group's growth.
  2. Deliver the highest level of customer service.
  3. Manage against agreed budgets for costs and revenue.
  4. Deliver agreed KPI's and targets.
  5. Align the group companies' systems, processes, and functions.
  6. Maintain operational integrity and excellence, ensuring robust governance, subcontractor management, and performance reporting.
  7. Work with business group leadership teams and operational managers to improve delivery performance.
  8. Oversee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  9. Overall responsibility for people, training, and development.
  10. Actively identify, pursue, and develop opportunities for innovation, such as digitalisation and technology use.
  11. Ownership of EHSQ matters, development of EHSQ values, and ensure they are always delivered and adhered to, proactively leading and demonstrating safety behavioural values.
  12. Lead and focus the team to attain all HSE plans, supporting continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with regulation and legislation while ensuring a safe working environment.
  13. Proactive risk management.
Key Skills and Competencies:
  1. Proven experience in a senior leadership role with accountability for business management, systems, operations, and people.

  3. Strong relevant technical expertise or commercial/business management applied in a technical group.
