We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multiskilled Property Maintenance Apprentice to join our team at Coventry City Council.
Key Responsibilities- Assist and learn from experienced professionals in various aspects of property maintenance, including door, window, and lock repairs, pitched and flat roof maintenance, plastering, and fire door inspection.
- Support the installation and repair of various components, such as stair rail parts, pitched and flat roofs, and internal/external decorating.
- Contribute to the maintenance and repair of general bricklaying, walls, steps, ramps, and adaptation works.
- Participate in the inspection, service, and repair of portable and fixed fire appliances.
As a Multiskilled Property Maintenance Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to undertake a Level 2 Property Maintenance Operative apprenticeship standard, working towards a fixed-term contract of 24 months.
