About the Role

The Multiskilled Property Maintenance Apprentice will work alongside our experienced team to learn the skills and knowledge required to become a qualified Multiskilled Engineer.

The role involves assisting and learning in various areas, including:

  • Door, window, lock, stair rail/parts installation and repairs.
  • Pitched and flat roofs tiled, felt, slate and flashings.
  • Plastering and floor screeding.
  • Fire door & ironmongery inspection and repairs
  • General bricklaying, walls, steps, ramp, adaptation works.
  • Internal/external decorating, all wall coverings, and textured finishes.
  • Disabled aid repair & servicing.
  • Portable and fixed fire appliance inspection, service & repair.

You will be supported to undertake a Level 2 Property Maintenance Operative apprenticeship standard. This is a fixed-term contract opportunity for 24 months.
