Multiskilled Tradesperson

About the Role

The Multiskilled Tradesperson will assist in various aspects of property maintenance, learning from experienced professionals to attain the required qualifications to work as an accredited Multiskilled Engineer.

The role involves assisting and learning in the following areas:

• Door, window, lock, stair rail/parts installation and repairs.
• Pitched and flat roofs tiled, felt, slate and flashings.
• Plastering and floor screeding.
• Fire door & ironmongery inspection and repairs
• General bricklaying, walls, steps, ramp, adaptation works.
• Internal/external decorating, all wall coverings, and textured finishes.
• Disabled aid repair & servicing.
• Portable and fixed fire appliance inspection, service & repair.

You will be supported to undertake a Level 2 Property Maintenance Operative apprenticeship standard. This is a fixed-term contract opportunity for 24 months.
