Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at a lovely primary school in Lambeth. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher and delivering lessons in their absence.

About the Role:
  • Assist in maintaining a well-organised learning environment for children in primary education.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver lessons and provide support to students.
  • Encourage student interaction with the curriculum and provide support in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
Requirements:
  • Relevant teaching qualifications (Level 3, Level 4, TA, HLTA etc).
  • Previous experience working in a primary school and supporting children with SEN.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in primary education.
