The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to lead our domestic team in providing an exceptional cleaning service to our student and commercial guest accommodation.

In this role, you will be part of a busy cleaning team based primarily in student accommodation, interacting with a diverse range of customers on a daily basis throughout the year. Your key customers will be our student residents, and you will be responsible for ensuring a clean-living environment during the academic year. During the summer vacation period, you may be involved in setting up and servicing rooms for commercial guests.

This is a part-time position, working 30 hours per week, with normal hours of work from 8:30am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. Weekend working may be required, especially during commercial and summer periods.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous supervisory experience, excellent time management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the domestic team in providing an exceptional cleaning service
  • Ensure a clean-living environment for student residents
  • Interact with customers on a daily basis, providing excellent customer service
  • Manage and coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
