Room Service Team Lead Opportunity
Spire Healthcare is seeking a skilled Room Service Team Lead to support the efficient operation of the pantry and hotel services department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clinical staff to meet the diverse needs of the hospital's hotel services.
- Ensure cleaning tasks are completed and documented according to schedules and procedures.
- Comply with Health and Safety regulations, including COSHH.
- Take meal orders from patients and visitors, adhering to dietary requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring prompt and clean delivery of food and beverages.
- Manage patient tray presentations and prompt collection of used items.
- Offer refreshments as needed, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
