We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our commercial operations and drive digital transformation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between strategy, sales, digital, and operations to enhance customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals to identify opportunities for improving processes, human capabilities, and technology to drive sustained growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance resource utilisation and cost optimisation.
  • Collaborate with digital and IT teams to ensure that insights are central to system and technology improvements.
  • Implement standard processes, frameworks, and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Exhibit project/programme management skills to develop and manage a clear plan, identifying interdependencies and sequential steps.
