Hunter Dunning Ltd is a leading interior design studio based in London, specializing in bespoke luxury and high-end design projects.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mid Weight FF&E Designer to join our team of designers and FF&E specialists. The successful candidate will work on predominantly high-end and luxury residential projects, collaborating with clients, suppliers, and contractors to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare mood boards, schemes, and FF&E presentations
  • Select and specify FF&E, including designing bespoke pieces
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Work closely with the procurement team to manage FF&E budgets and procurement
  • Conduct design research and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Collaborate with FF&E, Interior Architects, and Interior Designers to ensure seamless project execution
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and specifications
  • Supervise on-site projects and coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and third parties

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in the high-end residential/luxury sector
  • Proven ability to manage 2-3 projects with minimal supervision
  • Good knowledge of FF&E suppliers and industry trends
  • Experience working on all FF&E project stages, including design, procurement, and installation
  • Proven experience working with FF&E budgets of £500,000+
  • Strong communication skills and experience liaising with clients, suppliers, and third parties
  • Proficient in Vectorworks and EstiMac
