About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Transport Assistant to join our team at Hampshire Base. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing safe and respectful transportation services to patients in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport patients to and from various locations, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in patient care and transport.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Valid Full UK Manual Driving License with a minimum of 12 months driving experience.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate within the last 3 years (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate resilience in challenging situations.
