We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Transport Assistant to join our team at Secure Care UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing safe and respectful transportation services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport patients to and from various locations, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in patient care and transportation.
  • Contribute to a culture of inclusivity, respect, and empathy within our team and with our patients.
Requirements
  • Valid Full UK Manual Driving License with a minimum of 12 months' driving experience.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
