Job Description

Job Title: Senior Client Services Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Client Services Director to drive senior relationships with key accounts at Ultimate Asset as an executive sponsor. The ideal candidate will possess excellent account management, client management, and process framework skills as well as a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Provide senior client relationship leadership across a number of key accounts and be responsible for overseeing and be seen as the most senior point of escalation when required.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive client growth and retention, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor account managers and other client service professionals to ensure a high-performance team environment.
  • Commercial Acumen: Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services, working closely with other department heads to drive recommendations retention and upselling.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed over industry trends and emerging opportunities in influencer marketing, social video content creation, and campaign execution.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Client Relationship Management Skills: Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and integrity.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Excellent commercial acumen and ability to plan and strategize how best to manage client needs and work with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Experience in leading and mentoring account managers and other client service professionals to foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Commercial Acumen: Ability to identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services, working closely with other department heads to drive recommendations retention and upselling.
