Job Summary: As a Night Manager at Meliá Hotels International, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during night hours. This includes conducting walk-arounds to ensure safety and security, managing noise issues, and maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Night Audit Team: Ensure accurate and timely completion of night audits, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  • Proactive Noise Management: Identify and manage noise issues to prevent guest complaints and maintain a peaceful environment.
  • Guest Experience: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction during night hours, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop the reception team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Health, Safety, and Security: Ensure the health, safety, and security of the hotel and its guests during night hours, identifying and addressing any potential risks or hazards.
  • Complaint Resolution: Resolve guest complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably as a supervisor or team leader.
  • Skills: Proactive problem-solving, complaint resolution, basic numeric skills, and experience with Opera PMS (desirable).
