We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our dynamic team at Church Street Medical. As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our trained nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out assigned tasks involving direct patient care, working closely with our qualified nursing staff.
- Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective patient care.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
- Undertake basic computer skills to support administrative tasks.
- Assist with monitoring of stock levels and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

- Experience of working in primary care is desirable.
- Must have at least an NVQ level 2.
