The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, fostering strong working relationships across all levels of the organization. A positive demeanor, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to outstanding customer service are essential attributes.

Primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Leading and mentoring a substantial team responsible for the receipt, selection, and return of dairy products and related items.
  • Managing stock movements and verifying product codes against documentation.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the Chilled Warehouse to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Overseeing the safe loading and unloading of delivery vehicles while managing daily operations.
  • Supporting and evaluating team performance, motivating members to excel in their roles.
  • Creating an inspiring team atmosphere with open lines of communication.
  • Assisting the Chilled Warehouse Supervisor by covering for absences.

In compliance with food hygiene standards, only a single solid wedding band is permitted. Additionally, no earrings, studs, bracelets, necklaces, makeup, or strong fragrances are allowed in the warehouse area.

Work Schedule

This position requires availability five days a week, from Monday to Saturday. A day off will be provided during the week if a Saturday shift is worked.

Shifts will commence at 0600, 0700, 0800, or 0900 on a rotational basis.
