Warehouse Team Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at the Tewkesbury Distribution site. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team responsible for the receipt, picking, and returns of dairy and associated products.
- Oversee the movement of stock and ensure accurate checking of codes against tickets.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the Chilled Warehouse.
- Supervise the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles and oversee day-to-day operations.
- Support and monitor team performance, encouraging team members to work to the best of their ability.
- Develop an inspiring team environment with open communication.
- Provide support to the Chilled Warehouse Supervisor, covering absences and holidays.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role or relevant industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
